1. Service and operator

Talk2Publish is a voice-interview content service operated by ZeroGravity Lab (제로그래비티랩), a sole proprietor in South Korea. Contact support@talk2publish.com. Current checkout and AI availability are shown at the top of this page.

2. Service scope

The service provides interviews, brief review, channel drafts, editing and export, supported account connections and publishing approval. Plan allowances, time limits and deliverables are described on the pricing page.

Direct publishing requires the relevant account connection, permissions and platform support. Direct publishing for every channel, scheduling, or finished image and video production is not guaranteed.

3. Accounts and permissions

• Use only accounts and material you have permission to use.
• Protect your service password and connected-platform permissions.
• Publishing uses an authorized connection. Do not enter social account passwords in your profile.
• Disconnecting stops future access through that connection; it is separate from deleting existing posts.
• Verified account deletion ends service access and the remaining allowance for that account. Stopping subscription renewal and requesting refunds are separate processes. This does not limit rights under applicable law.

4. AI drafts and publishing review

AI output can contain inaccurate or inappropriate content. Review facts, privacy, rights, the destination and timing before approval. The service does not guarantee views, revenue or algorithmic performance.

Do not use the service to input or publish unlawful content, another person’s confidential information, or material you have no right to use. Respect content rights and platform terms.

5. Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds

Paid checkout uses the displayed price, currency, tax and billing cycle, and Paddle buyer terms. Test transactions are distinguished from real payments.

Period-end cancellation stops renewal and preserves remaining allowance for the current paid period. Refunds are separate. An approved full refund ends the allowance granted by that transaction. Partial refunds are reviewed case by case against the transaction and service status. If allowance changes are needed, we explain the scope for that paid period without resetting used interviews. Paddle policy and rights under applicable law take precedence.

6. Changes and contact

The operator must finalize these terms and set an effective date before public launch. Material changes to pricing, scope or policies will be announced through the service. This draft is not applied as final terms until remaining processor details and legal disclosures are reviewed.
