TALK2PUBLISH · SERVICE GUIDE

Cancellation and refunds. Two separate steps.

Cancellation stops the next renewal. A refund for an existing payment is a separate request.

1. Stop the next renewal

Scheduling a cancellation does not automatically refund an existing payment. Unused allowance ends with the current period.

  • Open ‘Your usage and plans’ in the Talk2Publish workspace.
  • Choose ‘Manage subscription & billing’, then cancel the subscription in the Paddle customer portal.
  • Check the effective cancellation date shown there. Period-end cancellation preserves the current period’s remaining allowance until that date.

2. Request a refund

Contact Paddle buyer support about the relevant transaction. Contact Talk2Publish service support for service errors.

Paddle’s current refund policy provides South Korean consumers with cancellation and a full refund within seven days of the transaction. Interview use does not impose an additional restriction on this right. The policy applicable to your transaction and more favorable statutory rights take precedence.

Other refunds are reviewed under Paddle buyer terms, its refund policy and applicable law. Canceling a subscription does not itself provide an automatic refund proportional to unused days or interviews.

3. What happens to access?

  • A refund request or pending approval alone does not end allowance.
  • An approved full refund ends the period’s allowance granted by that transaction.
  • A refund is separate from cancellation. To stop the next renewal, also confirm cancellation in the customer portal.
  • Partial refunds are reviewed case by case. An approved partial refund alone does not change allowance. After explaining any adjustment, the operator records it for that paid period; used and reserved interviews are not reset. A refund reversal does not automatically restore a fully refunded period.

4. Service errors

Contact support@talk2publish.com with the time and error message for connection or generation failures and allowance errors. You do not need to send passwords or the full interview. We check the affected operation and allowance and explain the next step.

Not every generation failure automatically restores an interview or issues a cash refund. Service-error refund requests are handled separately under Paddle policy and applicable law.

5. Test transactions and real payments

Sandbox transactions do not collect or return real money. Test subscription, cancellation and refund results are not evidence of a real payment. Current availability of real payments is shown in the operating status above.
