What one interview includes

• Simple mode up to 5 minutes. Deep choices: Starter 5 min; Creator 5/10 min; Studio 5/10/15/20 min
• We prepare the final question at a natural pause in the last minute and start no new question in the last 30 seconds. An answer in progress gets up to 30 seconds of grace, then a farewell of up to 10 seconds. Grace does not use another interview.
• A source-linked brief and evidence review. Deep mode develops supported detail in long formats; limited evidence is never padded to match interview time.
• One personalized draft per selected account, up to six per interview; accounts on the same platform can have different audiences, purposes, voices and languages
• Editing, copying and exporting, and approval for supported connected destinations

Draft creation and publishing

You can create drafts without connecting a social account. Direct publishing requires your own account connection and final approval of the content and destination.

LinkedIn is the channel whose live posting test has been completed. Check the workspace for other supported connections and their current availability. Instagram and short-video drafts do not include production of finished images or videos. Scheduling requires an available supported connection.

Billing cycles and allowance

Your monthly allowance follows the subscription billing cycle, rather than the first day of a calendar month. The brief and up to six selected-account drafts share one interview credit. Unused interviews do not carry into the next cycle in the current implementation.

Confirm the final currency, tax and total in checkout. Paid subscriptions renew monthly under the terms displayed in checkout. Current checkout availability is shown at the top of this page.

Prepared samples use no interview credit. Paid interviews and their brief/draft revisions use the monthly allowance and per-interview attempt limits. One paid interview may run at a time; rapid requests may be temporarily restricted. AI demos and operator tests have separate daily limits. Separate morning and afternoon posts from one interview are not included in the current plan features.

When is an interview credit used?

One interview credit is counted when the voice session has been successfully prepared. A connection failure during preparation releases the temporary reservation. A session that has already started counts as a used interview.

Brief and selected-account draft generation do not use another voice-interview credit. Manually editing, copying and exporting a finished draft do not start a new interview. AI demos have separate usage limits.

A completed result for the same generation request can be retrieved from the server for up to 24 hours. This is not an allowance for unlimited AI rewrites with different content. Contact support for generation errors or allowance problems.

Once your monthly interviews are used, new voice interviews are limited until the next subscription billing period. Extra interview purchases and automatic overage charges are not currently offered.

Pause and resume

Pause for up to 5 minutes at a time, three times per interview. Remaining interview time is preserved after confirmed voice closure. Resuming uses the same interview credit and needs connection setup; provider connection and voice usage follow actual metering.

Microphone capture and playback stop immediately, then the voice connection closes. An encrypted temporary copy of the conversation and progress in Cloudflare supports continuation. It is cleared on resume/finish and denied after the resume window, with scheduled cleanup. After expiry, you can finish with the conversation already saved in this browser.

Cancellation and refunds

Use ‘Manage subscription & billing’ in the workspace to stop the next renewal. A cancellation scheduled for period end preserves the current period’s remaining allowance. Refunds are requested separately.
